More progress this week on the walls of the house. I’m hoping to have the window and door frames all installed during the coming week, then it’s just a race to get the walls all the way up before winter kicks in.

Several courses on the master bedrooms external walls, five most other walls. Need to get the fireplace bases finished so those walls can continue up.

Should look very different by next Sunday evening.

One update- my father said not to be afraid to redo things if they are messed up.

I discovered that most of the door rough bucks (frames) were sized too narrow, so I spent a couple of hours with my concrete saw widening the openings in the walls. I’ll redo those bucks this week and get them installed.

Glad I caught the problem now and not a month from now.
